Dataroad was selected to provide IT services and monthly “Unlimited” IT support to SEPLEU—the Union of Educators and Certified Teachers—ensuring the smooth operation of its information systems under an annual contract for monthly “Unlimited” IT support .

DataRoad will also handle the installation and full IT configuration of:

Dell PowerEdge Server – Windows Server 2019;
Active Directory;
Firewall – VPNs;
NAS – for backups;
Remote Offsite Backups;
Wireless Network;
Monitoring and alarm services.
IT Unlimited – 24/7 on-site, remote, and phone IT support.

DataRoad will provide IT support and ongoing technical assistance for workstations, the wireless network, printing, servers, and internet connectivity, including monitoring and remote support services, as well as alarm and reporting services.
